Educational Background
Dr. Foelsch received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She trained at The Fifth Avenue Center for Counseling and Psychotherapy in Manhattan, Rockland Children’s Psychiatric Center in Orangeburg, NY, and New York Hospital, Westchester Division/Cornell Medical Center in White Plains, NY. She completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at The Personality Disorders Institute (PDI), directed by Dr. Otto Kernberg.
Following her training, Dr. Foelsch became an Instructor on the faculty of the Weill Medical College of Cornell University, and served as Chief of the Infomatics and Statistical Core of a Randomized Clinical Study conducted by the PDI.
Faculty Appointments
Currently, Dr. Foelsch is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychology in Psychiatry, at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University, and an Attending at the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Foelsch supervises and trains staff, post-doctoral fellows, PDI visiting fellows, and residents in Transference Focused Psychotherapy (TFP). She is currently continuing the work of Dr. Paulina Kernberg, in developing a specialized treatment for adolescents with Identity diffusion. Currently a study is being conducted in the outpatient department of the Westchester Division. Dr Foelsch is also an Assistant Professor at the Smith School for Social Work in Northampton, MA, where she teaches and is a research advisor.

Helen Hanning Arena, Ph.D.
Educational Background
Dr. Arena received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The New School for Social Research. She trained at Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan and Payne Whitney Westchester/New York Presbyterian Hospital in White Plains, NY.

Stacey Rosenkranz, Ph.D.
Educational Background
Dr. Rosenkranz received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston, with a specialization in child clinical psychology. She trained at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, and Westchester Jewish Community Services in Hartsdale and Mt. Vernon, NY. Dr. Rosenkranz also completed a post-doctoral fellowship in child and adolescent clinical psychology at the Payne Whitney Westchester/New York Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia and Cornell in White Plains, NY.

Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan, The Stamford Hospital in Stamford, CT, and Payne Whitney Westchester/New York Presbyterian Hospital in White Plains, NY. Dr. Bromberg is a psychoanalytic candidate in his fourth year of training at the Westchester Center for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.

Dr. Bromberg is an Instructor on the voluntary faculty of the Weill Medical College of Cornell University, where he currently supervises Postdoctoral Psychology Fellows in psychotherapy. He has trained and supervised Cornell therapists in a nationwide research study investigating family therapies for eating disorders.

Dr. Kwan received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Kwan completed a clinical internship at the Cognitive Therapy Clinic/New York Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan, NY, and her post-doctoral fellowship at Payne Whitney Westchester/New York Presbyterian Hospital in White Plains, NY. While there she received specialized training in Transference Focused Psychotherapy at the Personality Disorders Institute, directed by Dr. Otto Kernberg.

Nicole T. Ruggeri, Psy.D.
Educational Background
Dr. Ruggeri received her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology of Yeshiva University. She received specialized training in clinical geropsychology for older/geriatric adults at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Jacobi Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Ruggeri completed a predoctoral clinical internship at Westchester Jewish Community Services and a postdoctoral clinical fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Westchester Division.

Irene S. Miller,LCSW
Educational Background
Irene S. Miller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor and a Credentialed Prevention Professional.
Ms. Miller has over 25 years experience using Solution Focused and Brief Motivational Therapy in substance abuse prevention/early intervention programs administered by Student Assistance Services, Corp. In addition, she has been a parent coordinator and social worker at the YWCA of Central Westchester.
Ms. Miller received specialized training at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Westchester Division in Systems Family Therapy and the Maudsley Method for eating disorders, and is currently a member of a team of therapists in a nationwide NIH-funded study investigating family therapies for eating disorders.
Ms. Miller is an EMDR Level 1 therapist.
